Fixed roller guides the ELSCO way. Premium neoprene rollers and adjustability on all three wheels, provides easy installation and a smooth, quiet ride.

Designed for elevator cars up to 200 fpm and 3,000 lbs capacity & for counterweights up to 500 fpm or 4,000 lbs capacity, in low-rise buildings, the Model E is a three-wheel fixed roller guide with adjustable eccentric wheel studs on the face and side rollers, and three premium 3-1/4” diameter neoprene roller wheels. Engineered and tested to meet ASME A17.1/CSA B44 and EN81 standards, ELSCO’s Model E roller guide has a durable, precision machined, cast ductile iron base and is assembled using quality parts to ensure your elevator ride will GO UNNOTICED.

  • Eccentric Wheel Studs

    • Allow the face and side roller wheels to be adjusted up to 1/8” (3 mm), ensuring the correct wheel pressure is applied to the rail, which absorbs vibration and reduces ride harshness

  • Neoprene Rubber Roller Wheels

    • Precision manufactured using ELSCO’s proprietary neoprene rubber tread compound
    • 65A durometer tread dampens vibration and reduces noise
    • Precisely ground tread profile provides a balanced and concentric roller
    • High-memory tread characteristics prevent flat spotting
    • Excellent resistance to oils, chemicals and UV for extended life
