Hamilton Associates, Inc., parent company to ELSCO, was recently awarded “Best in Benefits” by an independent third party, landing in the top 15 companies participating in the 2017 Mid-Atlantic Benchmarking Survey. The Survey is conducted annually on employee benefits including medical, dental, life, voluntary benefits and leave policies. Best in Benefits recognizes employers who offer the best benefit plans relative to their peers. This year’s survey included data from 147 companies representing approximately 80,000 employees, and collectively nearly $950 million in benefits spend by the employers surveyed.
