ELSCO Instagram Amazon Gift Card Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

Geographic and Age Restrictions:
Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Exclusions:
Employees of the ELSCO, their affiliates, or their immediate family members are not eligible.

2. Giveaway Period

Giveaway begins October 1, 2025 and ends December 31, 2025.

3. How to Enter

To be entered into giveaway, participate must post photo of ELSCO roller guide or slide guide installed with location details and tag @ELSCOGUIDES on Instagram. Automated, robotic, or any other artificial methods of entry are prohibited.

4. Prize Details

Prize Description:
The winner will receive one $50 Amazon Gift Card – either in digital form or physical form.

No Cash Alternative:
Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, though it may be substituted with a prize of equal or greater value at the organizer’s discretion.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

Random Drawing:
On the last day of each month, all eligible participates’ names will be entered into an online random name picker.

Notification Process:
The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message.

Claiming the Prize:
The winner will have seven (7) days to respond with their full name and email address (for digital Amazon gift card) or mailing address (for physical Amazon gift card). If the winner doesn’t respond in time, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.

6. Disqualification & Fraud

ELSCO reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, violates the rules, or engages in fraudulent or unsportsmanlike conduct.

7. Liability & Publicity

Release from Liability:
Participants release the organizer and its affiliates from any claims arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance and use of the prize.

Publicity Release:
Participates grant the organizer the right to use the winner’s name, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Privacy

Any personal information collected will be used solely for administering the giveaway and contacting the winner.

9. Legal Disclaimers

Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
